Bidrage med feedbackThis Dunkin used to be really good. However their customer service has gone completely down hill. The past couple of days they have messed up my drink every time. I went back giving them the benefit of the doubt it could?ve just been a bad day but no. No one over there listens... I am lactose intolerant and it seems like they never listen for alternative milk options. I am very dissatisfied.
Would get five stars if they had a better choice of donuts at 3:00.
This dunkin has gone downhill.... We stopped this morning from Dünkin (12/15 12/16) and I ordered the power breakfast sandwich and this last 2 times they literally burned the multigrain breadth up to the point where you can't even eat it. This is unacceptable... It should not be handed out. I don't understand why they can't prepare food properly. If I wanted it burned, I would be asked. I mean, come on. These sandwiches are like $3,50 per piece. I had to throw the bagel thing away and just eat the egg and the turkey. I will say more than likely something next time, and if it continues I will only go to Starbucks!!!!
I was on my way to a wedding and had to stop and get my morning fix. Well, soon to my surprise I realized I had forgotten my ID, Debit Card, etc and couldn 't pay for my order. Well, I left the 1st DDonuts in a hurry because I couldn 't be late. I purchased a gift card on the way to this Dawsonville location where Travis(General Manager) was trying to help me enter my gift card I 'm not sure what was going on but I could not give up trying to get this coffee and ended up being late to the wedding where I was to be of service because even inputing the gift card numbers was not working. Well, Travis said You know what, don 't even worry about it We got you! He gave me my Large Caramel Latte, Medium Caramel Latte, 2 for $4 regular bagels with cream cheese on the house due to all the trouble I had experienced. Not sure what that means in your book but that 's AWESOME customer service in mine. All my beverages were made perfectly and the bagels were extra toasty I can taste them now....I have a real problem with DDonuts, there...I said it! Thanks so much Travis to you and your team for taking care of me in such weird circumstances. This is how you do business people!!!
Forget about skipping this place and found me back in the line. The manager gave me my coffee and said he was free. When I asked, she said, "You can't have a few days ago and our espresso machine was down." Must give her a lot of credit! That was a few days ago. My rating on 4 stars. — Experience has declined in the last two years. Yesterday I gave a wrong coffee order. had to return 2 miles and while they replaced it, a better action would have offered a free coffee tomorrow. Today they had no oat milk or a machine was broken or something. Manager must maintain their game on training, customer service and equipment maintenance. To avoid this location for a few months.
