Taco Bell - DAVISON

This location almost never messes up an order. The drinks here are better than the nearby Belsay Rd. location. I plan on getting married here.

The party pack is a great deal with both the hard and soft shell tacos being delicious, on the other hand the drinks a really sweet and didn't quench my thirst at all. Over all a pretty good place to quickly get a bite to eat.

Took forever in line. Then messed up my order. Randomly offered a second quesadilla for free in exchange asking to take a survey. And even forgot the hot sauce. As a former employee/manager/crew trainer the quality of service is extremely lacking.

Honestly I?m seething atm. Just waited in line for over 30 minutes in drive-thru, no big deal, I get it, they were busy. But then to wait all of that time to have NO ONE say a thing on the speaker. They let me sit for over 5 minutes before I said ?hello?? To be responded with ?we?re not taking orders. Too short staffed? they had all the lights on and could have easily said something when I pulled up to the speaker. Zero indications they weren?t serving. I used to go out of my way to go to this location because service and food was better than those in the other areas. But after that, I?m never going back. Obviously whoever they have running the management there is not trained to handle a decent workload. You don?t just ignore customers. I?d give -5 stars if I could.
