L'Osteria - Darmstadt

I was eating for the first time this year tonight. Unfortunately, the Aperol splash I ordered was absolutely grounded and has neither after Aperol nor after splash or Sect tasted. Since I'm a bit susceptible to bladder inflammation and the chairs there are made of cold metal, I kindly asked for a pillow. The waitress replied very unfriendly that there were no pillows and blankets. I should have got up, because when the broschetta came, which is explicitly described as bread with tomatoes and garlic, a wabbelige bread arrived that would not have earned the name Bruschetta. My accompaniment ordered the salad with chicken strips. Some of the chicken strips were still raw inside. Perhaps the waiters should work on their kindness, because they really leave much to wish, even in stress you should be kind to the guest! We would have expected much more for this price. That cannot be absolutely!

Tonight I was the first to eat with friends for a long time And we waited for our salad pizza nudel almost 1 hour And drinks were there only after 20 minutes And the answer from waitress was because the food supply therefore it took so long. It's already an inconsistency like that was the last time they saw us there. We sat in the cold almost frozen and had to wait almost 1 hour so there's nothing going on.

We ordered the first time in Darmstadt at L’Osteria, after 20 min. we could pick up our food and then the big disappointment came 20€ paid for 2 dishes each with 4 motherly noodles. The sauce was probably completely forgotten... More like disappointing and not recommended!

Have ordered wine to eat in the wine glass and not from the “thick, turbid tooth cleaning glasses”. The unfriendly operation explained that the glasses belonged to the concept of the restaurant, they could not give us wine glass. First of all, we thought this was a gag after a long discussion, we realized that it is serious. The lady was really unfriendly when she realized that it was part of the OUR concept of not giving a tip for non-guest-friendly service. Dumb running. A little more would help with small customer requests.
