The Copper Beech - Darlington

We came here as a party of 10 for a work dinner. the menu is good and there is something for everyone. the baguettes were huge and valuable, but the jewel in the crown is the chips. They are nothing but brilliant. Do not visit here and miss the evil young. the parmo was also great. all in all a great place. friendly staff and eating quickly came out. I'm sure you'll come back here.

Nizza bar area, lack of real ale is a disappointment, but the beer here is well maintained. eating is very good and cheaper than similar offers in the city. the restaurant page does not allow dogs and the bar page does not allow children who, as a family with a dog, means that we have to leave the children at home or sit outside in the protected area.

Beautiful place and friendly staff, but book to get at its very busy place and eating is fantastic xx

The personal, eating and atmosphere is fantastic from beginning to end. my children and I loved this since I moved here and I even had my high time after that part here. what an amazing place to eat and have a family meal

Took the family (4 adults) for a 3 course Sunday lunch, it was lovely, worked out at £28 per head including drinks. All the staff were friendly and professional. My only negative was my order for apple crumble with custard turned up in a sundae glass and not a bowl so it was actually an apple crumble sundae and not a slice of crumble with custard that i expected .
