WOW..... best pizza and food in town great atmosphere friendly owner, and definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area. We’ve ordered from here before with no issue, but this time, ordering for delivery the whole experience was just terrible, we ordered a pizza and an appetizer on a Tuesday evening around 8, at 9 o clock we called back to ask for an eta (our whole household has worked customer service positions our whole lives, and are very aware and sympathetic as such) and when we called back our server was rude, blamed us, saying we gave a wrong address, which was not at all true, as I confirmed the address with my roommate while on the phone with her, (she didn’t repeat back) and then she demanded we pay over the phone and was basically yelling at us as we told her we would be ordering from another business, generally we’d all be fine waiting but had time restriction on our evening, and didn’t expect a ten minute pizza and three minute drive to cost an hour, (and of course no one called back to ask for a repeat of the address

I really don't write reviews, but we ordered a pizza and it was almost an hour so we figured we would call and see what was going on with it. When we were greeted very rudely and she said the address we gave was wrong and very harshly blamed us even though all three of us heard the address was correct and she didn't confirm it. We would have apologized for the mix up and have given her our address if she wasn't so disrespectful. We decided to say no we didn't want it delivered anymore because of how rude she was when we were being very polite. We said we just wanted to cancel it since it had been so long when she borderline yelled at us saying we need to pay over the phone then even if it isn't delivered to us. We told her thank you for your time, but no and ended the call. I would never order here again.

Kid-friendliness: I been going to pizza pantry for 40 years and the food is always great and they always treat me like family so I will keep going back for another 40 years Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
