Went in the facility, order some drinks and a chocolate croissant. came out, quickly you issue space looked clean. was not BZ at all.

You train the staff well. When an error was made, it was corrected immediately.

Went on a Tuesday morning and these two girls gave them HELL in the registers we call TRIIIIED, but no one takes up and I need these things now! after they apparently picked up an online order and ordered for their team. the staff remained calm and got them all within 10 minutes. These girls reached behind the register and grabbed things that weren't ready, but they just wanted so creepy. but the staff? quiet and professional. Kudos to yall and my coffee was perfect.
