Sonic Drive-in - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I have come here for 2 years now and i won’t come back anymore, friends and exes and all, i got a employee admit that manager would get in trouble on the discount, the customer always right and i had enough money for the discount and they did not give it to me. She told me the employee off the clock and i am glad they did because the manager is a coward for not honoring the customer service or say something. I will go to the federal trade commission for this complain for falsely advertising on app when they allow it on the app, but not in person.

The food would actually be really good if it was warm, it tends to be close to room temperature at this location.

My food came out hot fresh in no time they had my order correct. The carhop was also nice as well clean area.

I needed the bathroom, which is located outside, but apparently for employees only.

They literally gave me just a vanilla shake. They had one job. Oreo peanut butter shake. SMH
