The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in the whole world. The person Edger was the worst. He talked to me rudely and when I asked for a sample he refused and rudely stared “nothing is free in this world” like if I was asking for free samples without buying anything. I bought 3 cups of ice cream and wanted to try a new flavour and if I had liked it I was gonno buy my 4th cup. He lost a customer, his business and I will not stop until this person gets educated how to talk to a person. He is a rude person and needs to learn basics of handling the business. The whole not trying an ice cream is weird and I will repeatedly state the same. He could’ve talked to a customer or a human calmly or nicely rather behaving this weirdly and rudely.

Was excited about getting gelato at galleria Dallas with my friend, however, when we asked for a 2nd sample we were told, not allowed?!? This has never happened to me at any place before! We went to Haagen-Dazs where they were happy to give us more than one taste. What a ridiculous policy that just cost you two sales and probably more.

Honestly, I would never feel compelled to write a negative review for a little shop like this that made my daughter happy but the owner of this place is incredibly rude after I made a remark about one small ice cream cone being $9.00.They did not have any signage regarding the prices, and I figured a cone with chocolate ice cream wouldn't be that much. I guess that's my fault for assuming but definitely knocked off two stars for the attitude, especially after what I asked for a lot of napkins, and he gave me two. Two stars because my daughter enjoyed this ice cream but that I have to throw half of it away yes, and it was kind of annoying since I paid nine dollars.
