Wnb Factory Wings Burgers Tenders

Just had some good wings, hubby had the steak burger and loved it

This review ends way better than it starts, I promise! We came here some when they first opened but didn't come back due to the service we received back then. It was a let down because we had eaten other WnB locations and REALLY hoped this one would be asgood as those, but it wasn't. ???? HOWEVER, we heard management had changed since then, so we decided to give it another try awhile back and are glad we did! We visit this location about once a week and have received hot, delicious food each time wecome! We have tried everything from the Philly cheesesteaks to the wings and tenders and liked them all. I especially like thesea salt brined fries. We don't mind waiting for just a bit to receive hot food, so we always just plan on eating in when wecome. We have had delicious food and courteous service upon every visit, no matter what time of day or day of the week we havevisited. Ms. Michelle always takes good care of us!

So this WNB is under new management but the quality of food hasn't seemed to change for the better. Fries were mediocre. Tasted as if they had been sitting for awhile I guess they thought putting the hot cheese on it would warm everything up. Epic fail.Cauliflower bites were actually hot when I arrived home (Live 5mins away). They were pretty good. Cheese steaks are given withnot much meat, cheese or anything else for that matter. Unfortunately, nothing has really changed. I will stick with the MirrorLake location.

I came in today for some simple fries (bomb ad always) and the young lady working the front was so kind and very friendly. We had a good chat while waiting on my order. Her customer service is top notch ??

I visited this location Monday, 24 October, 2022 @1:03 pm. I haven 't been at WNB since July. There was a customer complaining at the window when I arrived. Because, It 's been a while, I chose to view the menu from the right side. So, that I could seethe menu. The black, 60 something year old lady behind the counter told me that I had to order at the register. I say, ok! Shestated order when your ready. While speaking rudely to the staff! I then over heard her saying to 2 different customers,something about having a bad attitude! I had to ask her if she was referring to me? She stated, that I didn 't know her!! Isaid, that wasn 't what I asked!! She said, No, I 'm not speaking about you! I told her that, it was a good thing!! WNB has asign posted, all good reviews will receive a free milkshake. In my opinion...as long as, this woman is working behind thecounter ,WNB won 't have a positive experience! To make matters worse this woman decides that, when my order was ready she wouldhave the kitchen staff give me my order!!?? She should be terminated or placed in the back away from the public, she isn 'tfriendly, nor is she a people person! She shouldn 't be the 1st person we meet!! I gave 2 WNB ?? because, the burger wasdelicious! The wings was salty and fried too hard!
