Bidrage med feedbackIt happed twice they make wrong order. I told them don't add tomatoes in my burger but guess what it was in burger. It only happend when i ordered early morning around 1 AM to 3 AM. At this time Staff was not friendly at all. Please fix this problem.
The lady who took my order at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. The name Nu-Nu was on the black jacket she wore. How was this person manager? I'm going to the counter and said hello to which she just looked at me. She took my order, but was short and decisive in her answers. Did I make this person wrong in another life? The rest of the staff I interacted with was kind. Usually I have a good experience in Whataburger..
I love this place. Food is always fast, but also fresh and hot. Staff seem to be more friendly at this point. Angela is always so happy and helpful when you check me out. Today she showed me how to add a transaction to the reward app after the fact. Thank you.
I went to two different Whataburgers, just to get an apple cranberry chicken salad. The first one said they had no advance. He said they had it. But if I have, the salad just looks weird... How the chicken is crushed in tiny little pieces and there is hardly one of them. It looks like someone was shaking the box a few times. The salad was all red leaves and there are only 5 cranberries in it. That was a waste of gas, time and money. I want a refund.
I and my family of 5 stopped at this point they had a really long line out, so we decided to pull out and dinate, and the manager Kim supported us and another young man in the front we got our food in less than 15 minutes from the time we left, there were hardly cars outside SUPER FAST SERVICE!! I wish the fast food restaurants in my town were so fast (not from Texas!!
