Whataburger - Dallas

I must say that this has been one of the most pleasant visits I've had to a Whataburger. The team was engaged efficient and the food was served hot fresh and delicious. This is what a Whataburger experience should be like! For those of you who do notknow, the white time at Whataburger is more than the usual time food restaurant because they only cook your meal after you orderit and make it to your specifications. Having said that, there are many water burgers that truly exceed the normal waiting time. I tend to customize my order all the ti'm. But from what I could tell, with the amount of traffic that this Place had, theywere tremendously efficient and deserve kudos for the great service.

I have really liked this location the past however today's experience made me feel differently. I nearly dropped my burger but luckily was able to save it just in the nick of time unfortunately some lettuce did fall on the floor. Immediately after one ofthe workers came up and aggressively searched sweeping underneath my feet and made a comment about my burger must have been sogood that I spilled it all over the floor and I tried to explain the situation however I feel like she was very unprofessionalon the matter. Nevertheless I love Whataburger and will return but may avoid this location next time.

When in Texas, you have to try Whataburger , said the doorman at Woodys! So I asked my hotel shuttle driver if he was hungry and we agreed on Whataburger! Now don 't get me wrong, it wasn 't awful but it 's no Culver 's I 'm glad I tried it nonetheless and for it to be 2am they had a whole crew working, that was very impressive!

I have never seen such slow fast food in all of my life. Spent over an hour in line. Absolutely ridiculous. Won 't be wasting my time again.

I've been at work since 4:00 and came for a burger at 7:00. The staff were very nice and the food was immediately made without problems. I had to wait, but only because I ordered lunch for breakfast. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.
