Lavendou Bistro Provincial - Dallas

My favorite restaurant in DFW. Classic French cuisine, prepared perfectly. Exquisite as always every single dish. Great wine selection to pair with each course. We have been dining here for 20 years and it never disappoints.

Loud, bustling bistro. Do not recommend the afternoon tea. In spite of the reasonable price for tea, the selection was not great, food was mediocre and the service felt like a factory: guests in and out.

My family has been coming here for over 15 years, everything at Lavendou is the best of the best!

We have enjoyed Lavedou for over 20 years, and still do. Fun ambiance, good food, great servers and amazing consistency. We try to make it here at leadt once a month

We have been coming here for years and it is truly a warm and wonderful experience. While French restaurants typically are known for small portions, theirs are not. My all time favorites are the lamb, the sole, the pastry that has seafood, the Cassole (winter only), the bouillabaisse, the smoked salmon, French onion soup (let?s just say that everything is great). They have an extensive wine list and you can get gems at a moderate price. They often host wine dinners which was fabulous last night (pics), and they have high tea on Saturdays!
