Green Papaya - Dallas

Enjoyed a memorable meal with friends here last January and knew I had to come back next trip to Dallas. Brought more friends this week, the presentation was lovely and meals excellent still! Our server Nathan wore many hats! He was very attentive andpatient as we continued to enjoy our evening. He also introduced us to Evie, who doesn?t work as hard as he does. (Have you mether? ???? This place is super beyond awesome. Nathan was our server, and he was very attentive, professional, and efficient. He was extremely pleasant to us. The food is delicious and tasty. The ingredients are fresh, not a lot of oil in preparing food. I1000% recommend this place :

I am very new to Vietnamese foods and still can't say "Pho" in a normal set, but if I branch with this, I really enjoyed it. I didn't know exactly what I ordered back then, so I'll just describe it! It was a carbonated pork dish with rice noodles and vegetables and an egg roll and fish sauce. Delicious. Everything. I was nervous about the appetizer because of the texture of rice paper, but it was perfectly cooked and not slim at all. I am still pleasantly surprised when I walk out of my comfort zone. You'll like it too.

The green Papaya salad is amazing! Many pigs and large shrimps. It's not on the lunch menu, so you have to ask. I always get it and the sauce is fresh with a kick. Love it!
