Pizza Hut (shaftsbury) - Cyberjaya

I order pick-up, then ask me to choose want curbside pickup or not. Provided car number all those summore. Reach there then wait for so long till i parked my car aside n go in only found out my order is already ready for so long. Why they never check properly the order needed curbside pick up? Its written on the receipt there.

Satisfied with my order here. The only minus was that I and the other customers were waiting for quite some time to make our orders. They could have informed us there was a technical glitch.

Slow service. On the website shows can pick up on 12.33pm. But waited until 1pm also havent done! So ridiculous! They dont even deserve a star!!!

My delivery was serviced by this outlet. I agree with every other review of this outlet. Just horrible. My delivery took 2 hours and all the boxed came soggy and wet, as though something spilled. Pizza came cold. Pizza Hut main complain line said will get the outlet to call back but never did. Called the outlet, no answer. Hopeless. Lousy service. It's really just fascinating that Pizza Hut never step in to improve this outlet after so many bad bad reviews.

They deserve -0 stars. Online order at 5:15pm, did not give correct address to delivery guy and delivery guy raise voice at us, its Pizza hut who gave the address to delivery guy. Arrived at 7:40pm. Don’t deserve to be in food delivery service at all. Disgrace.
