Master Chef - Croydon

I happened upon this restaurant accidentally, and what a gem it turned out to be. I would give it a rating of 4.5 stars. The food is excellent, with homemade chutney and other condiments. The bhaji starter was delightful, with a crispy exterior and a moist interior that wasn't greasy (one of my pet peeves). The chicken main dish had just the right amount of spice, flavorful rather than excessively hot. The décor is minimalistic yet tasteful and comfortable, and very clean. It is perfect for a business meal for 2-4 people or a cozy dinner for two. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Located just a 2-minute walk from the main bar and restaurant area, I highly recommend this restaurant. During my visit, they were offering an evening special of any starter and main for under £10, which was surprising given the classy ambiance of the restaurant. I strongly recommend it.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was always friendly and the prices were reasonable. The only downside was that they only accepted cash, which was a bit inconvenient.

This is the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The waitress is very humble and the food is absolutely delicious. Don't miss the crispy potato chips, they are a must-try! You won't be disappointed.

Our first visit to the master chef chinese getaway in sanderstead. did not wait long for the order of the king prawns fried rice and kantone sweet and sour pork. friendly service, owner not charge extra for the request of more ananas to boar dish. they are Malaysian like me. eat really delicious and generously portioned, will definitely go back.
