Food was lovely and plenty of it. Very expensive though

Spectacular Low and Slow Platter tonight at Triple BBBs Smokehouse in Crowthorne! Brisket was great but the Pulled Pork was outstanding! Finished off with a Smoked Bourbon Old Fashioned!!

Bit pricy and briskit was a little dry, maybe it had been sitting on a hotplate for a bit

Lovely food from a new restaurant. Shared a platter and a side of mac cheese with my brother. Spare Ribs were very tasty whatever rub they use was spot on. For a spare rib there could have been a bit more meat on them. Brisket had a great smoke ring and very tender. Sausage didnt seem that smokey but very tasty and a crispy skin. As others have mentioned a platter comes with a single brioche bun which is a little strange. If worried about waste just ask when taking the order as some may not even want one. Fries were good and a decent portion. Mac cheese side was a bit bland. Needs a bit of mustard or or maybe some truffle oil to elevate it. Drinks wise no milkshakes on the menu and desserts just cold options (was hoping for apple or pecan pie which was a shame but I understand they a keeping things simple. Nice beer selection. Overall very good quality US BBQ much better than places like Blues or Bluegrass imho. If you have a large appetite you may find the platter on the smaller side for the price but was enough for us and I prefer quality over quantity. Hope to come back and give 5 stars once the menu has been tweaked and expanded.

Absolutely outstanding food. Really surpassed my expectations. Really friendly obliging staff. Decor is a little bare but I assume they are in the middle of redecorating as there were some wires sticking out of the walls. Can’t wait to come back!
