Kfc - Crossville

The restaurant was clean and tidy when I went in, the line to order was short despite being near lunchtime on a Sunday, and the cashier was *fabulous*! I just wish I had gotten her name, as she was super efficient and friendly. Our food came quickly, and when we got to where we planned to enjoy it (it was carry-out) was still hot very tasty!Would *definitely* return to this location!!Wheelchair accessibility: Very open floor plan and accommodating doors to enter through.

The chicken was not nearly as good as the one in Cookeville.

We paid $30 . For an 8 piece family meal. The size of the chicken is sad. What a ripped off.

Food was good however the counter person was rude and acted annoyed to have to wait on

I recently had their Extra Crispy chicken breast. While it was OK, The chicken was a little undercooked which made it a bit rubbery to eat. I have since had to change my diet to plant based foods because of heart issues, so unfortunately I probably won't be eating here any more.
