Taste Of Dixie Diner - Cross City

The food is always good. The service is good and friendly.Buffet is what we had.Love seafood and cheese grits.But tonight the food wasn't good as usual it was cold on the buffet, usually it's good and hot.We guess we were late eating. So next time we will try to be there right around 5 pm.

Delicious little diner we happened across while traveling. Great service and value.

13.50 for the buffet I would say 70 percent is home made . If you are near this place stop in 4 sure

I have only been to this place twice in my life. I have only ate here once. I prefer not to eat here again. Food was not up to my standards. I'm a professional chef so my opinion i won't be returning but for other people may love it. Thank you for the opportunity to try your food.

I've heard so many people rave over Taste of Dixie Diner. I, for one, found it lacking in flavor and overall appearance. Maybe I went wrong by ordering off the menu instead of doing the hot bar. I will say the small salad bar was rather nice other than the two salad dressing options, ranch or oil vinegar. The service was pretty spectacular. We were greeted immediately upon entering and had a server at our table within seconds. Our drinks stayed full, and we were checked on frequently enough to not feel forgotten.
