Steak 'n Shake - Crawfordsville

I, Barbra Brown, 47 came to steak and shake to have a nice dinner alongside my family but we were unpleasantly surprised by the horrid quality of the establishment. Firstly, the atmosphere that we all love and remember from steak and shake was completely gone. It was like nobody was even working there. Secondly my children were highly displeased at the kids meals. The food was very low quality, for example the grilled cheese was very undercooked and there was not even a toy like the cardboard cars they used to receive. They only ate their fries which were also undercooked. Thirdly, I myself was highly disappointed at their frisco melt. They hadn’t even put any frisco sauce onto my meal. Fourth, the drink scan papers. Now we have to scan a paper to get our drinks! This was outrageous! I was utterly baffled! We were given papers we had to scan before we could get our drinks and if we had thrown them away with the receipt we would have been in a pickle! I do not recommend coming here ever! :

The workers were so welcoming and good was AMAZING! Will definitely be back!

Went threw drive thru. They pull us foward every time. I would assume to hit their drive thru timer goal. Food is pretty good though, last night my steak burger was EXTRA salty.

The fries are amazing. I love the cookie dough shake. Hit or miss on clean tables. Bathrooms kinda spooky, idky

The way u have to order now is a joke. The in person anything is a thing of the past. Rewards are a joke, u offer me a free shake and ur kiosk won't even allow me to use it. Bring back human interaction. If u offer rewards then let us use them.
