Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Covington

We visited The Covington Louisiana location. Chelsey was working the counter. Just want to say she did an excellent job taking care of everyone in line. and there was a very long line. She was working the counter by herself and not only that in between customers, she was out cleaning the seating area. She has an excellent attitude and real bubbly and good with customers. She recognize a veteran and acknowledged him and took very good care of him as well. I think she needs a raise!Thank you, Chelsea. When we travel back through will be sure to stop to see you again.

One of the worst Popeyes you can ever go to especially if you're placing through a mobile app get used to waiting for about an hour with no communication on what the hell is going on

Best fast food and the side dishes are all great! Chicken is always juicy and delicious!

This location is a terrible representation of Popeyes. I asked for one order and to pay in two separate ways. The attitude of the cashier, along with the manager was disgusting. I handed my money and told me to find somewhere else to eat because they clearly did Know how to treat a customer correctly. I have every right to pay with two forms of payment. Will definitely be the district manager for the store, and I will make sure to let names fly so everyone is reprimanded.

Absolutely love the new flavors of wings. I truly hope these menu items are here to stay!
