Hello Chicken - Coventry

My favorite dish is usually the piri piri chicken, but it was extremely dry the last time I ordered it. I decided to try their regular chicken instead, which always looks appealing. Unfortunately, it was also very dry.

I ordered a large mixed kebab which included a large chicken kebab and a small donner kebab. However, when it arrived, I received pitta bread, a few slices of donner meat, and a few pieces of chicken. It looked like the driver had eaten some of it on the way! When I called to complain, they claimed they didn't know what I was talking about and said the kebab was made by the person who answered the phone. It must have been their first time making a kebab because I was very disappointed with the quality. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They were unable to provide pizza, burgers, or a 3-piece chicken meal at 8:30 in the evening. When I asked about getting a burger, I was told they could make one if I waited 15 minutes, but I felt like the staff was just being lazy this time. My friend had wanted to treat us, but I ended up just getting something to eat. Lesson learned - make sure to order before 8:00 PM, as they have limited options afterwards.

I agree with the previous post the chicken is better than KFC. When ever I order from here, I always get extra thrown in. Service is good and food is delicious.

I have been ordering from here for the past few months and have nothing but praise. The fried chicken is amazing, really good portion size and extremely tasty. They always send extra in the order too. Great service, nice staff.
