Caffe Nero - Coventry

This Caffe Nero is likely the best one I've visited, and I've been to many. They consistently serve excellent drinks and the staff is fantastic. Keep up the great work!

Sticky floors, takeaway cups when sitting in-no apology, no care taken with the drinks, no friendliness I asked for a signature caramel late and he asked if wanted cream, it comes with cream! What a let down Cafe Nero!!

I really enjoy visiting this Nero. It's one of the best restaurants in a great location that my kids love. The staff were fantastic too. We will definitely be returning.

Another pleasing visit to this outlet. The staff always deliver here on making tasty drinks quickly and efficiently. The venue itself is looking a little tired with old seats, furniture, etc. Some money spent here would not go a miss Caffè Nero.

A big shoutout to the staff who worked the afternoon shift at this café on May 1st. They are skilled at making drinks and provide excellent customer service. I was impressed that they asked me if I wanted dark roast or light roast in my coffee. I highly recommend sending them to train other teams in the Midlands area (such as Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Rugby, and Stafford). Customers can't go wrong with this café.
