Asda Supercentre - Coventry

This is a nice establishment—clean and tidy, with very courteous staff. The only issue I encountered was the difficulty in accessing the second floor; the lift was not functioning properly, which meant I had to use the escalator, taking a bit of extra time. There’s a cafe at the front of the location, public restrooms are available, and customers benefit from free parking nearby. Overall, a pleasant experience as you approach the main business.

I would like to express my gratitude to Jo, who was working on a car outside on Sunday afternoon. He assisted me in loading some heavy garden slate bags into my car. As a woman of a certain age, I truly appreciated his politeness, attentiveness, and helpfulness. Thank you, Jo!

It's always a pleasure to shop here! They offer great products and the staff is very friendly. I have no complaints at all.
