Red Lobster - Courtland Township

Good food and such friendly staff but dessert was a total miss. Had a chocolate cake that was so dry and had stale frosting. Disappointing end to an otherwise great meal.

I have went to red lobster for years especially in sevierville tn. But while traveling stopped at rockford ill red lobster while visiting friends and really enjoyed it. Our waitress Haleigh was friendly, and very attentive. Atmosphere was good and food as well. Thank you will stop again on next trip... Shawn V.

I think this chain has officially died for me. The seafood tasted gamey, portions have shrunk, and like many other restaurants, the service has diminished. This was my last visit to a Red Lobster, a sad day indeed.

Endless Shrimp still available on Mondays! Quality management who are very aware of the customer experience. Staff that keeps tabs on customer needs.

Love relaxing with one of the specialty drinks on Surf and Turf night. Very friendly staff.
