360 Steakhouse Harrah's Council Bluffs

All about the meal was excellent. the food was prepared on request, desserts were incredible. amini offers excellent service as our waiter to appreciate if they would acknowledge it.

Atmosphere is awesome! Love this place! The service was exceptional as well. The food is mediocre at best. Instant mashed potatoes, mac and cheese was not good at all. I got filet and added Oscar, the crab meat was way overdone, steak quality was mediocre (and pricey! I have no problem paying $50-$60 for a great steak, this didn’t even touch that quality) and it sat in a pool of fake butter/oil. I had to transfer it to another plate. Again the place is great, next time I would order the burger. The food quality here does not justify their prices.

I got the prime rib as I seen a lot of recommendations for it. It was ok, pretty salty and over abundance of fat. (Yes I know it’s suppose to have fat) but this one was A LOT. Asparagus was not completely cooked, as is usual most places unfortunately. And way too much salt and minced garlic all over the asparagus. Wife got the NY Strip and definitely not worth $64. Didn’t seem to have much for flavor. Her garlic mashed potatoes were great however. Not sure if we would return due to food value for the money. Was really hoping to find a new favorite.

The food was cooked to perfection. The staff was excellent, refilling our drinks when low and checking to make sure if we had any needs. Great food and our server Christina whom we always request is wonderful.
