Aroma Indian Takeaway - Cotswold

We traveled to Bourton on the Water for a weekend getaway and decided to dine at Aroma on a Friday evening based on its positive reviews. Our experience exceeded our expectations - the food was delicious and Abdul even gave my daughter and her friend a behind-the-scenes look at how their Peshwari Naans were prepared. It was the best we've ever had! The atmosphere was friendly, entertaining, and overall a great night out. Thank you!

We had a great time at Aroma restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and the food was amazing. The curry had a unique old-fashioned flavor that is hard to come by nowadays, with a variety of delicious tastes. Unfortunately, I don't live in Bourton, but if I did, I would definitely be a regular customer at this place.

We decided to try this takeout restaurant again and we were not let down. The food was prepared on time and served hot. It was a great deal for the price.

Great restaurant. We had such a great time. I haven’t laughed so much in years. Abdul was the most amazing host. Charmingly cutting at times. If you ever felt that going to a Fawlty Towers type of place was your thing then this is for you. Basil but with warmth and charm. The food was delicious too. We ordered the Naz Chops and were told they were made by a member of the family called Naz- we asked if that was true , so Abdul called Naz on the phone, she was on holiday in Scotland…!!! Had a lovely chat lol. It’s a bring your own booze place which was great too. I would recommend you come here … and if you can, make it a regular event. I wish we lived closer. Thanks for a wonderful memory

Would come here again. Family run. Great food. Fast service. Good banter from the owner. No licence, but just bring your own booze from the shop around the corner.
