Domino's Pizza - Costa Mesa

Family was out for a Funeral . We ordered $150 of pizza for delivery . App said 40 minutes . We received a call from this location saying they were extremely busy and it would be 2 1/2 hours for a delivery but could pick it up in 20 minutes . Hadalready paid for delivery but decided to go pick it up . The manager at this location was the rudest person I?ve ever met .Completely unprofessional with the entire situation . After complaining about the whole deal and telling her we would contactcorporate about the service with a picture of all the food we bought , she decided to jump in the picture laughing and throw upa piece sign . Horrible service . Will never eat Domino?s Pizza again .

Miguel was great! But it was ?contactless.? I had to tell him at the window I am having surgery and can?t get sick.

I was misled by their false advertising for a $5 pizza! They required me to download their app, and when I tried to place my order, they said I needed to buy two pizzas or more. In the end, my total came to $22, but I only wanted one pizza, not another app and pizza. This is definitely false advertising!

The ratio of toppings was off—there was too much cheese, and I could count the pieces of chicken. There was barely any bacon in the Chicken Bacon Ranch.

I wish they provided better service and answered their phones. When I call, it just rings and then disconnects. My app order isn't going through either. I'm not sure what's going on, and I still can't reach them by phone.
