New Morning Bakery - Corvallis

New Morning has been a staple in the community for years and shows no signs of slowing down. This beloved breakfast spot is a favorite among locals and those looking for delicious made-to-order breakfast options. The homemade cakes are a real standout, with elaborate designs and incredible flavors. The display cases are always stocked with a variety of pastries, cookies, and more. With ample seating and a spacious dining area, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast experience.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious, the service is good, and the atmosphere is awesome. However, in the 30+ times I have visited, I have never had a potato dish that wasn't chewy and starchy. I also enjoy their pastries, but the quiche is usually undercooked with gooey dough on the bottom. The breakfast menu is decent, but be cautious when ordering eggs over medium or over hard as they may still be runny. If they improve the quiche, eggs, and potato dishes, this place would easily be a 5-star establishment.

Great spot for a delicious bite. Ample seating and a huge selection of yummy baked goods, sandwiches, salad, quiches, soups and coffees. Lots of interesting shops nearby, too. Downtown Corvallis is beautiful.

Great pastries and pies! I had a nice experience dining here a couple of years ago, and a great experience with the curbside pickup this week. Best pecan pie I've ever had.

Scones, eclair, and donut thing, all perfectly acceptable. Coffee was good. Nothing stood out as really fantastic, but i should have ordered some real food from their menu instead of just sweets. Will return on a Monday since so many other places are closed in Corvallis on Mondays. Recommended by Ryan: B
