Evergreen Indian Restaurant - Corvallis

I wanted to love this restaurant and support a local Indian business, but unfortunately was dropped. my standards could also be too high because I have an Indian partner who cooks delicious Indian dishes for me. but that means there was hardly any taste and no flavor or heat in any of the dishes I ordered! he hopes to give this place another chance if there was only a free day.

My man and my daughter love it here. there are always vegan and vegetarian options. but I often find that eating too sharp, I am sensitive to too much heat. sometimes I have a good meal here another time eating is just too hot and I don't enjoy it.

Good customer service, good food and good prices. The lunch buffet is typically hot and fresh and offers many plant-based options. also employees are knowledgeable and helpful with vegan decisions.

I've found evergreen to be very accommodating. Vegan options are clearly specified. her thali dinner option has several non-vegan components. When I commented on this wistful to my companion, the waiter heard and let me know that they could make me an allvegan thiali. I had it twice. it is a lot to eat, delicious and fill. the main drain is that they have no brown rice.
