We are for my nabeby a night early birthday dinner by canberra. a journey to celebrate a friend of 60th of the same day. the whole experience is present and only my Hubby folder is a lamm ragu papperalli a little disappointment. it's not much of it. meat in the plate. the meat is so little when it is slowly cooked. but my seafood risotto is beautiful, so the escapes are nice.

Efficient order by phone for take away, and very tasty dishes from a tempting menu. must be fun to dinate in when we are in more not covid times.

What a fantastic family owned restaurant/bar The choice on the menu was great loved the fact that they used local foods and wines. Lisa and her staff make sure that you are welcomed and loved the enthusiasm of all the staff including the pizza delivery...staff the where are you Lisa encourages the junior floor staff if just a bonus. Thanks to the covid borders and confusion, it didn't look like we were going to be able to do our yearly Pizza for the Australia Day weekend. anyway borders relaxed just in time for our trip and we got the relevant permits. Because I had...to cancel for the covid and then try and re book, I probably caused the staff a bit of a headache. But no, all went well with a re assuring phone call I think from Leesa that we had been re booked. It was red hot outside and when we arrived it was a relief to come into the cool restaurant. Shown to our seats, cold drinks ordered, followed by the meals order. We started off with some warmed local Gooramadda Olives, they were sensational, and a garlic and cheese foccocia. The small was actually pretty big, and tasted great as well For mains My wife had the King fish and I went for the Mexican Pizza. She loved her meal and I have to say, I class myself as a pizza expert, and again D'Aminicos never let me down. Perfect. Beers were nice and cold. Service was once again excellent and I think it was Leesa, the lady running the seating etc who looked after us, and treated us like royalty. I couldn't get through my pizza so what was left was put in a box and I took it home with me. Love the place Love the service, and will definitely be back next Australia Day weekend, Covid permitting...
