Slammin Jammin Bbq - Corning

I tried the special of the loaded Brisket-Fries. I really like her, but the brisket was cut so fine, it was hard to say where he was. we also had the lunchtime breeze. the taste was good, but there was a tonne fat with it, probably about a quarter to a third of the total portion. the pulled boar was good together with the baked beans. both sauces on the table were also delicious. I liked the chipotle bbq because he was spicy. the service was excellent.

This found in Corning, NY looking for a place to eat, food and service excellent would recommend. This establishment has a unique interior that you will find nowhere else, enjoyed the smokehouse smell from cooking food.

Brisket is hard, super fat and drowned in sick sweet sauce. Fellow Texans unite and educate this restaurant owner. Brisket should be well seasoned, smoked to perfection and melt in your mouth....NO SAUCE ON BRISKET PLEASE!!!

They were ok. They just smother to much bottled sauce on their meat.... makes me miss NC BBQ...

Potato salad is excellent. Definitely order it as a side when you come.
