Bidrage med feedbackWe were in denton in the evening and decided to stop here for dinner. the staff was very friendly and the food was good. the restaurant itself, however, is not in large shape. the place is very worn and in the necessity of repair (paint, etc.) the biggest problems were the smell in the baths and with the accumulation of very old foods around the circumference of the grill. the grill itself was clean, but it does not seem that they ever clean the channels between the table and the grill. very disgusting. as I said, eating was good, but they shouldn't charge any premium prices for a down and dirty plant.
This showgun was amazing earlier. there would be so much rice and sweet, which would not have to end and take home. now they have increased the prices by about $5 per plate and the food cut in half. paid $25 for 6 scallops, and what does it cost? also fried ricw used to snatch and carrots and swirls etc. Now it's just eggs and rice. I have never experienced rudeness of management or personal. the chefs are great and the taste is really wonderful. So we still come here, but maybe twice a year.
I would not give this place, if possible, staring. I went two times in two years and both males it is obvious that the people working here do not listen and do not care. they are overloaded for the post-processing and consistently do not receive orders. we called in a pick-up order for four SIDE orders from fried rice and got four full boxes of rice and got $35. they also don't let them eat with someone without a crazy amount for an additional plate, over which cost another meal. they don't waste their time or money, they go decent.
Terrible customer service. Ten minutes at the front counter before anyone would speak to us. The one person in a nearby counter seemed absolutely disinterested in being helpful. In fact, when asked about where I might get help, he barked back that it wasn 't his job to help me. The food was overly salted. The chef at the Japanese cooking show was surly and acerbic. The manger visited our table one time. Seemed like a nice chap. Felt badly for him. But, his team is truly terrible.
We did not have a good experience here recently. Of course, due to Covid-19, they only have take-out...so we placed an order this past Sunday. I ordered hibachi shrimp with just mushrooms onions....however, they informed us they have no mushrooms !! Not sure how they could run out of veggies when they are so abundant at every store....we in fact stopped at the Braum 's and they had mushrooms in their Market Store...so I cooked some up prior to picking up our order. My wife ordered Hibachi veggies in a teriyaki sauce, only wanting broccoli, carrots and zucchini, PLEASE no onions she said....well...her container was filled with onions and literally 2 pieces of broccoli !! Very disappointing, especially when they have so much more time these days to prepare these take out orders. We will not be ordering or eating there again. I feel that a portion of the price you pay is for the show as to how they prepare this meal in front of you....yet, for take-out, their prices were not changed....our order totaled 86 dollars for a hibachi shrimp, hibachi steak, veggie stir-fry and fried rice....i 'm sorry but that 's not realistic value for almost 90.
