Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Everytime I come here I'm always dissatisfied, I got the new blt meal and my food was not in the tray it dumped out all in the bag by the way it was placed, fries are always cold also.

Employees just going through the motions. Nobody was smiling.

Great customer service. Food was great, fresh and out quick. Thanks yall

Traveling through and stopped for dinner. Staff was amazing and friendly. That alone made a long day better. Of course, food was on point and tasted great.

Disappoint. it took a long time, even for a zaxbys. (from the arrival to the line to the preservation of the food it took 35 minutes with only about 5 cars in front of us many people behind us left, understandable. had no chicken fillets, so all sandwiches were from the table. we were informed only after ordering the sandwiches. at the window we could see a worker who kept her handy with the same hand she was pouring tee with which it simply appears uncareful. Once we got that, we realized that they gave us the wrong drink, which usually doesn't matter to me, but finally it was just regrettable.
