Bidrage med feedbackThe wrig was a place for our family and the place where we take guests from the city. I can't count the number of guests we introduced in the Wrig's brussels sprouts that said they were the best they ever had. the salmon tacos are one of my favs and I'm not really a big laugh. if they are looking for a meal that will not disappoint, they will beat the wrig. love the low country boil! the perfect covid party pack!
So so so delicious! Food was amazing and service was top notch. Cold beer and superior atmosphere. What a fun place. Highly recommend!
My husband and I were looking for a place to eat when we arrived in Corbin for the night. We didn’t want fast food we wanted a good meal. The Wrigley came highly recommended from our front desk clerk at the Hampton. I called to see if they were going to stay open since we arrived 8 o’clock in the evening. The kitchen usually closes around nine but upon calling I was told that they would wait for us so that we could have some food. This place did not disappoint! The food was fabulous. My husband had a steak and fries and I had some fish tacos they both were excellent! We both had a couple drinks that were also very good. The only thing that I can let people know is if you’re not a loud music fan you may not want to go. We were fine with it but some people are sensitive to loud music.
The food was quite well. The beer even better. The orange chicken was quite tasty, brussel sprouts were good and the fries were amazing.
They have rotating menus and we ordered off that week’s maradi grad specials which included a soft shell crab po boy and fried catfish. I had a cocktail and my husband had a couple of beers. No complaints there as well. Both meals were great. The seating is lunch room style, and you seat yourself after you order. It’s a bit loud, even when not fully crowded, but it made for a good “dinner out” after a day of hiking. Nothing stuck out as “stunning” about the place, but it was good food and atmosphere.
