Domino's Pizza - Coraopolis

When you call them to order the hard to understand Indian girl who answers took forever asked for my first name then kept calling me Mr Gary. Then she kept repeating herself like she was reading a damn script. I kept telling her to hurry up as my time was limited but she wasted even more time with her fake apologies and phony politeness. Over and over. Then when I asked how long it would take she hung up. Order from someplace that has Americans answering the phone.

Unreliable service. Very late. They said it will take 20-25 minutes but in reality it took 50 minutes.

It’s unfortunate that this location can’t follow dietary restrictions. When they can’t complete dietary restrictions they will not even call to explain they can’t provide gluten free pizza. If you need gluten free pizza this branch is not they way to go.

This place is terrible. Worst customer service I have ever received. My friend who is very allergic to gluten got sent a pizza that wasn’t not gluten free. The lady on the phone hung up three times on us when we asked for a refund. She offered no help and laughed at us when we told her that our friend is very allergic to gluten free pizza. She is terrible. I hope this place gets shut down. She tried telling me that I needed to call back tomorrow, then said she will call back in 15 minutes, then she said she can give a free non gluten free pizza coupon. Like what is wrong with people. The fact she laughed about the allergy is an issue and I hope she gets fired
