I tried the prawn bowl and the salmon sashimi bowl at the pacific fair store in Gold Coast. It was yummy. I felt like I am having a healthy food, which is good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Have been waiting ages to get back best poke bowls ever! The tuna is so fresh if you put it in water it'd probably start swimming again! So many choices when building your own bowl the delicious combination possibilities are infinite! Wish we lived closer. Food was great. But their system (or lack of) is not cool. We waited nearly 25 minutes while we watched multiple people who turned up after is get their poke bowls. They all had same as us, Chicken and Salmon. So i asked where our order is and she says im doing it right now, then some other lady proceeds to give out another 6 poke bowls to 3 groups so i go back and they say the same again, its next. I complained. They said its cause the chicken takes longer. I pointed out I could see the others also had chicken. They offered dessert to say sorry but we turned it down, we just wanted the food we ordered, in our turn. They give the numbers out random, if you gave them in sequence your staff would be able to spot if someone is waiting a long time. Do better.
