Bad customer service from guy in skateboard section no help very rude

I came here this morning for breakfast with my Fiancé and her parents who were visiting. Food was delicious! Customer service was very friendly and helpful no request made was a big deal and there was no hesitation to help. And it was dog friendly outside seating which we were ecstatic about with a bowl ready for the puppy to drink. Thank you for the friendly staff who were on this morning.

The store is good, it has good products, I felt at ease until the time I bought a $39 cap when I didn't receive a bag and receipt, I left with it in my hand and was asked by an employee if I had paid for the product properly. disrespectful I was accompanied by my wife and there were other people in the store who witnessed the situation and I felt very embarrassed and I didn't even receive an apology. It was my birthday and I had never been in a similar situation, the employee said it was his job, well if his job is to embarrass people the company should review its sales process even though I don't see him questioning other people what leads me to believe he is prejudiced.

Nice food and coffee, great prices, nice presentation and service.
