Subway - Cookeville

The old lady working at the counter seems to always get bad reviews as seen by previous customers. Why is she still working here? Very rude and unprofessional.

The only lady working was great! She should get a raise, for sure.

I will NEVER go back to this store. The older lady working was very rude and condescending. When we would ask a question she would just repeat the same thing over and over never answering. She had a very smart mouth and probably shouldn't be working with the public. I've been in the restaurant business over 30 years and I wouldn't have tipped her. My daughter doesn't like confrontation and tipped her 18percent. That was the ONLY time she said thank you and was nice at all. To top it all off they didn't have what my daughter wanted and as she's trying to make up her mind the lady acted like we were taking up her time. My daughter didn't get close to what she wanted and when we opened the sandwich it smelled like a tuna sandwich. She hates tuna!!!! Needless to say she cannot eat the sandwich. We're giving it to the dogs. It looked horrible and smelled bad. I see others in the comments have dealt with the same rude lady. Never again!!

The older lady with short hair was very rude to me for no reason and i was here last night and they had shredded cheese but when i come in the morning they apparently have never had it before no biggie but

Love it. Nice sandwich makers and is consistently good.
