Bluesalt Restaurant - Coogee

As I entered the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by a delightful aroma in the lobby. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The standard room I stayed in was comfortable and quiet, with very little outside noise. The beds were also very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with great coffee and excellent service from the staff. Overall, a top-quality experience.

We just left after a 3 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed ever second of it. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The view from our corner room looked out over the beach and suburb of Coogee, this hotel in blessed in location, it really is a stunning view. The pool was heated which is a delight especially when a chilly sea breeze kicks in. The food quality was fantastic and all the staff were courteous and helpful. Of particular mention we loved the Concierge/Doorman. Your first impression of a hotel often comes from when you first step foot out of the car at the entrance and during check-in, he made us settled and feel very welcomed. Love this hotel and its location.

The seafood buffet which included beautiful fresh hot and cold seafood dishes and beautiful array of desserts which included all champagne white/red wines was well worth $150..also the 9pm fireworks from the rooftop with a beautiful friends. Will definitely think about doing it again 2017 NYE...

The lovely welcome from all the staff, the beautiful scent of the foyer to the bars and restaurant I couldn’t fault,, Our room and the view was fabulous, the bathroom was very dated but not a problem. Thanks for the wine and chocolates it made my birthday very special. Look forward to coming back in the warmer weather..
