Absolutely incredible customer service by Zeta Jones who personally communicates on all orders. She was always so fast to respond (less than an hour) and even managed to fast-track our beautiful Fama Kangou rocking chair to complete our nursery in time for our baby’s imminent arrival. The quality is exceptional and it is so comfortable to sit in. Thank you also to the factory for speeding it through ahead of August shut-down. We really appreciate it. Couldn’t recommend Julia Jones more highly. Brilliant British company.

Brilliant communication and service. I’ve just received my beautiful recliner chair and I wanted to come on here to recommend this fantastic company to everyone, wherever you are in the UK! Zeta was amazing from my first email to delivery this morning. As I live in Kent I couldn’t see the chair in the flesh so she sent me a video of Rob demonstrating how to use the chair. This is what I call 5* customer service. She arranged the delivery very quickly and informed me at every stage. I will definitely be buying more furniture from Zeta Rob.
