Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Conroe

Customer service is always shitty at this location. They're always out of something. Tonight I ordered three meals my tenders are so crunchy there not edible my other combo didn't even get its side. Whoever the management is, clearly doesn't care. Ridiculous

I placed an order online and my order wasn't ready,they didn't even pay attention to me! They could learn a thing or two from canes. Didn't even look like a team was working together. They were all over the place! I will not be returning! Do not recommend

I Order Online and took em 1 hour for them to give me 16 piece

The first problem was the cook had his rubber gloves on and was rubbing his eyes, and did not change his gloves. After requesting a new sandwich, I left and the sandwich was cold as was the french fries. I have eaten at many Popeyes but this will be the last time that I eat it this one. Very poorly managed and trained.

If I could give no stars I would. I asked for shrimp and they said they were out until tomorrow...(not their fault) but wait time was over 28 minutes through the drive thru and when I got to the window....they didn't know what I ordered and then said the wait for my sandwich (all I ordered...A SANDWICH, not even a meal) would take an additional 4 1/2 minutes. That was my entire lunch break. They asked if I had time to wait or refund my money. I took the refund.
