Ihop - Conroe

Had the Colorado Omelette Hash Browns. Absolutely fantastic food. The portions were large, but clear. In addition, they were presented far beyond my expectations. We had a new waiter and some confusion with our order, but it was all cleared up behind the scenes because his coach was on top. She came out and checked twice before everything went wrong.

(4.5)Leslie was our server and although she was not very friendly, she gave great customer service! Fast, efficient and not hastened us?(2.8) The floors and floor space were terrible sticky, toilets had to be cleaned and it would be great if the workers understood that only because it does not mean seating areas near their workstation that they stand and go directly over the head over personal things. I can't add the other 1/2 so you have a 3 but I rate 3.5 overall! 3.5

The worst service I ever had. Had to return hub plate first because eggs were not cooked, then after a long wait until new delay came, there was hair in his food. I asked about a manager and when she came to the table, she asked what we wanted to do about it... I had to tell her literally that she was eating my husband...youh. Do better IHOP Conroe!

The service was good, but the food was terrible. My salad was brown and soggy for my salad. The steak tips were boiled and the rice was dry and hard. The toilets were also very dirty and the floor was sticky. Do not go back to this placeFood: 1/5

As soon as I went to check in the host automatically assumed that I didn’t speak English and asked me in Spanish how many in my group. I asked him to repeat in English.Waited a short time to be seated. When seated noticed that we were in a room with only Spanish speaking wait staff and customers. Our waiter asked us for our order in Spanish, had to let him know that we speak English, then noticed other restaurant areas were only Caucasian and Africa Americans. We felt we were racially profiled, and it continued during our stay only Spanish speaking customers in our area. As a society segregation should not be happening at all. Shame on you management!! We will not return to this location, really hope it’s not happening at other locations as well
