The Backyard Restaurant - Concord

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! If you are in search of a family-friendly venue, this is the place for you. I hosted three large events here (approximately 120 people per event) and our guests had an incredible time. The food was delicious and the staff were very kind and welcoming. There are play areas for children as well as a space for adults to relax with a hot or cold drink. We organized various activities for the kids during the first two hours and pre-ordered all the meals, which the kids loved. The owners are easy to work with and accommodating. The BACKYARD is located within the “Briars Sports Club”. I am excited to plan another event here soon.

We hosted our daughter's 2nd birthday party at the Backyard and it was fantastic! We chose the pizza pasta sharing menu for our group of 30 and everyone enjoyed the delicious food, especially the pizzas. The venue was ideal and the children had a great time playing outside. Thanks to Tiff and Adam for their excellent service and making everything so effortless for us. I highly recommend this restaurant for groups with children!

The restaurant boasts a spacious outdoor play area for children, allowing adults to enjoy their meal while the kids stay entertained outside. There are plenty of outdoor seating options available. Customers order and pay for their food at the counter, and it is brought to their table. The portion sizes and prices were reasonable. In addition, there are gaming machines available inside the restaurant.

I've been here twice since we all made covid. the first time end 2021 I went the barramundi. a lot of money for not much food. the second time just now mar22, and was served to the cheapest and overcooked and chewing scotch filet. $35 for what I would call a $18 meal. I will not come back. the beer is good.

A very standard bowlo bistro, we had sirloin and lamb, both cooked over, but still tasted pretty. the sponge cakes looked amazing, but we didn't try. great place for children to walk around, but not so much in the cold and wet.
