O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Concord

Look I've been there about a dozen times since moving to NC, 4 years ago, because that's where others want to go. Ok. Some times the food is better then other times. Tonight I just had the Mac and cheese which was cold, not warm, but cold, i waited so long that i became hunger, I wasn't hungry but others were. Each and every time the service is Soo slow, so so slow. Reading the reviews many have a good to great experience there, God Bless them, I'll be back because some fried some place will want to go there.

My family and I went to O’Charley’s after my children’s’ piano concert. The food was so good. Mrs. Karen brought me veggies on the side after I told her I liked veggies! So thoughtful. Jennifer was very friendly with my kids! Thank you for a great meal.

Our service here was so nice. Sara said it was her first week here, and she was amazing. She had great costumer service and was on it with our orders and drinks. The manager also stopped by our table and was lovely. A+ service and good food too:

O'Charley's has definitely changed throughout the years, but here lately the food and service has been extremely consistent and on point. The salmon and broccoli are perfect each time! We have begun making this a weekly visit. Not only do we enjoy our meal but we always ask for Jessica's section. She is patient, personable and just a pleasure to talk to. Dining in her section feels like visiting family. She provides great customer service each time. She is an extremely valuable asset to the company.

Good rolls, good vibes. The rolls were warm and fluffy but I will say the portion seems to have gotten a little smaller, perhaps with inflation. The chicken tenders also were a little stringy it seemed, not the best it’s been here, but definitely not the worst. The food usually is a lot better, but the spinach dip still tasted excellent!
