Lil' Robert's Place - Concord

LRP's is the original Concord craft beer bar! Robert Burrage is an on hands owner who is generations deep in Concord. He started this bar in Historic Downtown Concord just as the craft beer movement was being introduced around the Charlotte market and has grown it successfully ever since; most recently with moving the bottle shop to a new address across the parking lot to allow for more seating and more retail selection. Call it a dive bar, call it an art bar, an anti-sports bar or a locals only hang out. Call it whatever you want because nobody really cares at LRP's and that's the point. A true Southern drunk house hosting live local music and craft beer tap takeovers. Check your weapons, societal rules and expectations at the door when you go, they don't apply. Just cold beer, creative (fair warning sometimes crass) conversation and opinions from the locals whether you want to hear them or not.

Awesome place, Great people, Good food! Lots of space to sit and visit, Darts, and outdoor space! Definitely worth a look! Their decorations are awesome! You notice something new every time you go.

Lil' Roberts has always been the greatest supporter of live music in Concord. Everybody gets a chance to perform at the open mic,all ages, styles and levels of performers. Rob respects the musicians. Everyone is welcome at this tavern, as long as you behave as an adult. Great variety of beer, music and food. Concord is lucky to have this establishment..
