Wendy's - Concord

Generally, when it comes to Fast Food restaurant outlets if you have been to one you have been to them all, but the excellent service at this location makes it standout. The young lady working the counter was friendly and courteous, the employee preparing my order worked effectively and quickly. My fast food was fast, hot, appetizing and delicious.

It was lunch hour so it was busy. The employees were working very fast. I was in and out in just a few minutes and the food was hot. Just a fast food restaurant but one of the more efficient that I have visited.

That's so rare, but when we do it several times during a year, we always go there with all my family. Don't expect to find something magical, it's just a really good place to eat this kind of fast food, yes a very tasty fast food!!. I like it, especially baconator. In addition for those who wish to have some donates from Tim Horton's- that's a right place, because both brands share the same premises.

Wendy's burgers are way better than McDonald's or Burger King. It tastes better with seemingly fresher looking real ingredients instead of all shredded up. The frosties are always a nice treat. They also have a great selection of salads like the cobb salad which is a favorite. Price wise I think they're similar to the other fast food chains but I just feel it has better ingredients.

We went today around 7:00 pm. We came to this Wendy’s with my family. Other than sandwiches I ordered drink. I wanted to refill my drink. But I was refused. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. You should be more kind your costumers. I won’t come this store again.
