The Captain's Boil - Concord

We are not the first time in Captain's Boil. This is the perfect place to eat seafood;Vaughan's location is the best. Very spacious and clean. The staff is just great!!We are fans of scallops calamari, shrimp in garlic sauce, so it was yummy!!Zucchini fries, unfortunately, I can't recommend it—too overcooked, very fatty.Overall, good place for seafood lovers. $140 spent on a family of 2.

Pretty disappointed with my purchase using Uber eats pick up. Originally placed an order for a snow crab meal shrimp meal and a sailors feast.Had multiple issues with the order, three separate missing items including the shrimp and rice sides and fries.When we went in to pick up the items we were told everything was in the bag, Of course I should have trusted my gut it just seemed way to small to have everything in one tiny bag.I get it, it’s busy and the weekend. The food itself was good no complaints here. But you need to do better with ensuring customers food is correctly placed and given.Do better

Ordered a takeout for lunch (just as store opened yesterday) and was disappointed with the taste of the food. We have tried this franchise a few times at a couple of locations in Vancouver BC where the taste and flavour were consistently good. Expected similar for our first experience in the GTA, having picked this location from Google reviews. The taste of both the Captain’s Boil sauce and the Seafood Fried Rice were not close to what we had experienced previously in BC.

The wait staff isn’t overly friendly and no sense of urgency.I totally understand all foods have different cook times and need to be prepared a certain way, but when everyone at the table is ordering different meals it would be great to know some of us will be waiting ten mins longer than others.No refills on soft drinks, not great when you have children with you.The food is decent, for sure. But I wouldn’t say worth of their price points.

I 'm writing this review because I 'm SOOOOO PIST!!!!!!Ate here today for my late birthday lunch with my husband and son and because I have been craving and it. Had a great time overall, food was great, service was great since we got there soon as it opened at 12 pm. After many hours of being out and ariving home at 9pm, after unpacking and transferring our left overs into tupperwares I realize our mussles, shrimp and deep fried shrimps were missing. After playing it back in my head, I realized they tidied up while we stepped away to use the washroom.I remember packing the rice, fries and chicken fingers into containers and tied the bags of mussles and shrimp. They obviously thought it was garbage and threw it. But wasn 't it obvious enough that there were still food in those bags????I obviously called, the manager said best we can do is give you a $10 credit . We paid over $80 so I demand the pieces we had left over, back. I don 't want money back, just the food we paid for!! I 'm very disappointed to say the least.
