The best thing about Ono Hawaiian BBQ is Vinessa. She was so helpful and accommodating. Vinessa gets 10 stars. The food gets two stars. The chicken has the woody consistency. Beef and Kalbi are average at best. Macaroni salad is not true Hawaiian macaroni salad. True Hawaiian macaroni salad is NOT al dente and Ono'sacaroni is very firm. Cabbage is undercooked and not seasoned.
The beef was tuff. Untasty.Only the Compton chain food isn't good.They sent my plate dry no sauce nothing.I bought food in the on in Gardena yesterday it was delicious tasty plus they gave me all the sauces.
Had to literally wait 20+minutes for our food n while we were waiting a women came in and waited 5 minutes to order and no one ever came to take her order
Always fresh made to order, really good food and generous portions
