Taco Bell - Columbus

One of the worst Taco Bell’s I have been to. Rarely open inside, drive thru is 50/50 on actually being able to order otherwise they only do DoorDash or mobile order.I should also mention this place does not honor the online exclusive deals. As when I try ordering the Online Exclusive box it auto deletes.Food is average at best and workers seem not to care. You’d do better and be happier going to any other restaurant in Columbus. 100% do not recommend this joke of a business.

Being right next to the hotel, you would think the lobby would at least be open till 10pm but

Good food, and a long line of cars that move slowly.

Terrible customer service dine in and they never come up to ask if they can help with anything

Drive Thru...Ordered #6 The Two Chalupas and a taco. Got home and no chalupas only three tacos. Very Disappointing!!! Got charged for the #6 Combo $9.99 vs 3 tacos w/cheese lettuce $1.69 each.Rip Off!!! Not happy at all!!!!
