Panda Express - Columbus

We love panda express and choose to eat there for new years eve for our family. we drove all the way there around 19 clock to a closed restaurant. it clearly shows the hilliard, OH location open to 9 clock online. very unprofessional and immature. I spent 20 years of my life in the restaurant business on any holiday until after closing times and I never closed early to party. very disappointed!

In a busy night I get blew, but to say that only because they did something there should be no mistake, is not okay. No one is perfect and the dinge will forget when in a hurry. Do not try to claim anything is wrong if I stare at my order and would love nothing more than to be right so I could eat, but instead I had to go back and after finally convince it it was wrong. this is my first time that I have ever eaten in a panda express and I am not only impressed because I was treated.

Eat them here from comfort. this time was not cooked, not cooked. I tried to get something else, but was totally ignored. as three people behind the counter and no one notices them.

Eating was in order, some dirty tables, slow service. vegetarian options: yes there are couples child-friendly: in any case park: large parking spaces before and around spacewheelchair accessible: yes, there are dietary restrictions: with the communication they could create it

Everytime I come to this particular Panda either the order is wrong or someone magically took that order before I could get there to get to get it. I've ordered in the parking lot before just to see if my order would disappear. Most of the time it didn't hit the rack and then I would be forced to order it again. If it did 9 times out of 10 it's wrong. If you can go to another Panda Express please do. Please for the sake of your sanity and patience just go to a different one. Would give 0 stars but can't.
